About Me
A place to pause. A path to grow.
“To accompany someone is the most beautiful art of being human.”
Accompanying others has taught me to see the world with kindness and respect – to understand a person without the need to “fix” them, and to walk alongside them through moments of change, uncertainty, and searching for direction. In my work with clients, this means being attentively present, supporting clarity of thought, restoring a sense of agency, and helping people find their own path – both in their personal lives and in their professional journeys, even when that path feels challenging.
I am a psychologist and a career coach, but above all, a person who understands what it means to build a life that does not always fit into ready-made frameworks. My own path has led me through Poland, Portugal, and Lithuania, and eventually to Germany. Living at the intersection of cultures has taught me that “finding home” is about much more than an address – it is about building a sense of belonging to oneself, even when the world moves fast, and expectations are high.
How I Work
In my work with clients, I focus on attentive accompaniment, collaborative partnership, and creating a sense of safety within the process. I believe that even serious work around change needs space for curiosity, lightness, and sometimes a touch of humor. Change becomes possible when there is room to better understand oneself, rather than trying to adapt at all costs.
I work in a structured yet flexible way. Together, we define goals, scope, and pace, taking into account current needs, personal resources, and the broader context of life and work. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral approaches (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- elements of Schema-focused work
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we adapt tools to your individual rhythm, helping you reconnect with your own resources and quiet the voice of self-doubt.
In workshop settings and collaborations with organizations, I focus on topics such as emotional regulation, psychological resilience, burnout prevention, neurodiversity at work, values-based decision-making, leadership clarity, and sustainable professional development. I care deeply about solutions that can be realistically applied in everyday life and real work environments.
My Background & Path
Since earning my Master’s degree in Psychology in 2014, I have been developing professionally at the intersection of psychology, clinical experience, and career counseling. I also completed postgraduate studies in Job Coaching and Modern Career Counselling, which further strengthened my expertise in working with career transitions, decision-making, and sustainable professional development.
For over seven years, I worked in Talent Acquisition as well as career coaching and counseling, gaining first-hand insight into the realities of the modern labor market – its pace, performance pressure, and the long-term effects of chronic overload and high-functioning modes of work.
Alongside this, I gained clinical experience through internships in mental health care settings, including psychiatric day wards and outpatient facilities with a cognitive-behavioral focus. During these placements, I worked within interdisciplinary teams, participated in client processes, group-based work, psychoeducational activities, and case discussions.
I am currently in the final (4th) year of training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy School at SWPS University in Warsaw. My work is carried out under regular supervision and intravision.
For more than six years, I have been supporting individual clients in an intercultural context. Initially, as a career coach and career counselor, and later continued this work also as a psychologist and as a CBT psychotherapist in training. My own migration experience, combined with long-term work with people living “between cultures,” allows me to deeply understand challenges related to adaptation, identity, change, and functioning within complex professional and social systems.
Who I work with
I work with adults who experience chronic stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, life transitions, and adaptation-related challenges. I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or who sense that their current way of functioning – at work or in life – is no longer serving them.
I have a particular focus on working with neurodivergent individuals, including people with ADHD. Many experience intense emotions, regulation difficulties, overstimulation, and a sense of “not fitting in” with external expectations. In my work with clients, I focus on strengthening flexibility, agency, and developing more supportive and realistic ways of functioning – including in professional contexts.
In parallel, I work in a career and organizational context with individuals undergoing professional change, people overwhelmed by their work roles, leaders, and specialists. Within career counseling, I support clients in clarifying direction, making decisions, working with values, and restoring balance between work demands and well-being.
I work both individually and with teams and organizations, supporting developmental processes on multiple levels.
